Hurricane Katrina

For well over two years, we assisted in the ravaged gulf-coast towns of Bay St Louis, Waveland, and Pearlington, Mississippi. We initially established “Foundation Hope” who provided food, ice, and clothes at one of the only civilian led volunteer POD’s. Later we moved to the economically devastated town of Pearlington and built transitional homes for the residents there with the NGO known as “One House at a Time”
